Pathways Residential Care, LLC
Pathways Residential Care, LLC (PRC) provides residential care to
clients who are conditionally released from the Oregon State
Hospital under the jurisdiction of the PSRB. Consumers who are
conditionally released to the community are stable and ready to
reintegrate into society.

PRC works collaboratively with various organizations in the
community such as Multnomah County Mental Health, Aging &
Disability Services, the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) of
Oregon, the State Addiction and Mental Health Division, Oregon
State Hospital, and Providence Adult Outpatient Services.
PRC partners with local county or community mental health
agencies for medication prescription and management. General
medical issues of patients are the responsibility of their primary
care physician (PCP).
